It should not, and that is a craft question rather than a scheduling one. We work at a distance with a long lens for most of the day, so people stop noticing within about twenty minutes. The images that people actually use later are almost always the unposed ones.
Whatever matches the parts you want documented. Some teams want the whole two days, some want the group photo, the session block and the dinner. We would rather help you pick the right window than sell you hours you do not need.
