Most photographers who shoot conferences also shoot weddings, engagements, and newborns, and it means their attention is split and their instincts are trained somewhere else.
Ours aren't. Fifteen years of keynotes, breakouts, exhibit halls, team meetings, awards dinners, and hotel ballrooms with challenging lighting. We know where to stand before the speaker walks on. We know which five minutes of your agenda will produce the photo you use for the next twelve months. We know that the shot your marketing team actually needs is the one of two people laughing in the hallway, not the 20th photo of the same person at the podium.
A lot of our work comes from organizations bringing a conference into Texas from somewhere else. They are planning a three-day event in a city they don't live in, coordinating a venue they have never seen, and the last thing they need is to project-manage their photographer from another time zone. So we aim to be the part of the week they don't have to think about.

Eight years as lead photographer for the Monterey Jazz Festival, back in a previous life in California.

Edited images inside 48 hours as standard. 24-hour delivery is available, and key images can often go to your social team straight from our cameras while the event is still running.
